Deutschland: Das Rentenniveau sinkt
Nach Angaben der Deutschen Rentenversicherung sinkt in Deutschland das durchschnittliche Rentenniveau. Große Unterschiede gibt es zwischen den Geschlechtern und Bundesländern.

Ricarda Lang (Co-Vorsitzende Bündnis 90/Grüne): „Ich… würde davon ausgehen, dass wir ungefähr bei 2.000 Euro liegen“.
Das Rentenniveau sinkt leicht. Das geht aus einer Antwort des Bundesarbeitsministeriums auf eine Anfrage der früheren Linksfraktion im Bundestag hervor, wie die Zeitungen des Redaktionsnetzwerk Deutschland berichten.
Bei Neurentnern sinkt das Rentenniveau
Rentnerinnen und Rentner, die im Jahr 2022 in Deutschland in Rente gegangen sind, erhielten laut Deutscher Rentenversicherung (DRV) im Durchschnitt 1.084 Euro im Monat und damit 15 Euro weniger als Seniorinnen und Senioren, die schon davor im Rentenbezug waren
Erhebliche Unterschiede zwischen Ost und West, Mann und Frau
Noch gravierender zeigen sich die Unterschiede, wenn nach Geschlecht differenziert wird: Ein männlicher Neurentner mit durchschnittlich 1.275 Euro monatlich erhält laut dem Bericht des RND 98 Euro weniger als ein Bestandsrentner mit 1.373 Euro. Bei den Neurentnerinnen in den alten Bundesländern gab es dagegen einen Zuwachs von 20 Euro pro Monat im Vergleich zu Bestandsrentnerinnen, während in den neuen Bundesländern die Bezüge der Neurentnerinnen sinken würden – obwohl diese im Durchschnitt eine bessere Rente erhalten als Frauen in Westdeutschland.
