Jede Woche ein neuer Tiefschlag. Die Ampelregierung schafft es nicht, ihren Gestaltungswillen durch einen zeitgerechten und verfassungsgemäßen Haushalt zu zeigen. Unter dieser Regierung leidet nicht nur Deutschland.

Vor zwei Jahren ging es los. Fortschritt und Respekt versprach die Ampel. Klimawende, feministische Außenpolitik und das alles zum Null-Tarif – also ohne Steuererhöhungen – das war das Versprechen. Mehr noch: Robert Habeck versprach persönlich, jedem Bürger ein Klimageld auszuzahlen.

Die meisten Versprechen wurden gebrochen. Die Bürger stellen der Ampelregierung das schlechtestmögliche Zeugnis aus. Klimageld? Gibt es nicht. Feministische Außenpolitik? Die sehen internationale Partner, zuletzt der brasilianische Präsident Lula, vor allem als arrogante Besserwisserei. So ist auch die Ukraine-Hilfe zu gering, um Putin das Fürchten zu lehren. Klimawende? Deutschland hängt in allen wesentlichen Punkten den eigene Vorgaben hinterher. Die Klimapolitik der Ampel zeichnet sich durch hohe Kosten und steigenden Bürgerfrust, aber nicht durch messbare Effizienz aus.

Narrative ersetzen Handeln.

„We are Familiy“ trällerten KI-gestützt Robert Habeck, Christian Lindner und Annalena Baerbock zu Beginn der Ampelzeit. Die jungen Wilden wollten es der alten Tante SPD und dem betulichen Kanzler Scholz zeigen. Der allerdings ist schlauer als die Drei und handelt nach dem schon in Hamburg praktizierten Motto „Owd“ – Olaf will das. Zur Not gibt es auch ein Machtwort aus dem Kanzleramt, wo die Führungsspitze eine veritable Bunkermentalität entwickelt.

Olaf Scholz wird vorgeworfen, er rede zu wenig und wenn, dann kryptisch. Das Wahlvolk versteht ihn nicht – und will ihn deshalb auch nicht mehr. Nun hat Scholz mal wieder gesprochen, auf dem Parteitag der SPD hielt er eine fulminante, sozialdemokratische Rede. Das ist aber nicht seine Aufgabe. Er ist nicht Kanzler der Sozialdemokratie, sondern Kanzler der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Er soll nicht die Seele der SPD streicheln, sondern Deutschland aus der Krise führen. Mit Sprüchen wie „Es wird alles gut werden.“ und „Wenn wir das mit dem Haushalt schaffen.“ ist es nicht getan. Nicht das OB ist gefragt, sondern das WIE. Überhaupt war die Scholz-Rede eine einzige Provokation für die FDP. Sie kann den vielbeschworenen SPD-Leitplanken nie und nimmer zustimmen, ohne den Rest ihrer Glaubwürdigkeit zu verlieren.

Die Scholz-Rede war kein Aufbruch. Sie war die Beschreibung eines Landes, wie es sein könnte, wie es aber nicht ist. Sie war der Schwanengesang des Kanzlers einer gescheiterten Koalition.

Die Delegierten des Parteitages feierten die Rede von  Olaf Scholz mit mehrminütigem Beifall. In scharfem Kontrast zu dieser scheinbaren Zustimmung standen viele Redebeiträge von Delegierten, die in der anschließenden Aussprache die bisherige Politik der Ampelregierung und die Rolle der SPD scharf kritisierten. Nur Minuten nach dem Ende der Rede des Bundeskanzlers war die Aufbruchstimmung wieder dahin.

Wie wäre es, wenn man den Ministern und dem Kanzler den für unser Land notwendigen Abschied versüßen würde? In der Wirtschaft gibt es den Begriff des „Goldenen Handschlages“. Möglicherweise würde eine Crowd-Funding-Kampagne genügend Geld bringen, um den Abschied von Dienstwagen, Privatjet der Flugbereitschaft und ständiger Medienpräsenz zu erleichtern. Die Zeit drängt. Es besteht die Gefahr, dass aus dem „Danke schön“ des Goldenen Handschlages eine Abwrack-Prämie wird, die Deutschland und die internationalen Partner mit in den Abgrund zieht.
